I’m a passionate Color Guard Director dedicated to inspiring performers and crafting unforgettable shows. With extensive experience in choreography, team leadership, and show design, I help color guard programs reach their full potential both technically and artistically.

My previous teams I have coached have proudly earned 3rd place in the nation and 4th overall in competition, showcasing our dedication and hard work. Separately, I was honored to be recognized for Best Choreography, reflecting my commitment to creativity and innovative show design.

My coaching philosophy centers on meeting performers where they are, not where they aren’t—focusing on individual strengths and growth to build confidence and skill effectively. I believe in blending discipline with fun, fostering a supportive environment where every member can shine and grow.

Whether on the field or behind the scenes, I’m committed to pushing the boundaries of performance and helping teams deliver shows that captivate audiences and judges alike.

Lane is the Chief Technology Officer, leading the development and execution of innovative technology strategies focused on webpage design and cybersecurity. He played a key role in creating and launching the team’s website, ensuring it is user-friendly and accessible to all.

Along with the junior tech staff, Lane will be helping build video packages and handling all camp and team photography, supporting the team’s multimedia and digital presence.

With a strong foundation in building engaging web experiences and growing expertise in cybersecurity, Lane values collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders, driving clear communication and continuous learning. Through a forward-thinking approach, he helps the organization stay competitive and secure in today’s fast-evolving tech landscape.

Cade is a passionate percussion educator and performing artist whose vibrant energy and deep musical instincts bring drumline instruction to life. With a rich background that includes performing with the Jackson James Band, he merges professional experience with a mission to inspire and empower every student he works with.

On stage with the James Jackson Band, Cade has honed his craft across multiple styles — from marching and drumline performance to live concert settings — developing a sharp rhythmic sensibility and a talent for engaging audiences of all kinds. Off stage, he brings that same energy and precision into his teaching, guiding students to build strong fundamentals, creative confidence, and a love for performance.

Whether he’s preparing a drumline for competition, leading parades, or fostering team unity, Cade’s approach blends technical excellence with fun, encouragement, and community. His goal is simple: to create skilled, confident percussionists who find joy in every beat.
